Who we are

General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme organ of Unity Club. It is composed of all effective members of Unity Club.

The meeting is held once a year and extraordinary sessions are settled whenever necessary. Based on the Operating Charter of Unity Club and Law No 058/2024 of June 20, 2024, regulating non-governmental organizations, the General Assembly elects the leaders who will lead the Unity Club for the next three (3) years.

The Executive Committee is headed by The First Lady of Rwanda and comprises the 1st and 2nd Vice Chairpersons, Treasurer, Secretary General and Heads of Commissions, voted by the General Assembly among the effective members, for a period of two years renewable twice.

Executive Secretariat

The Executive Secretariat of Unity Club is headed by the Executive Secretary and supports the Commissions in the implementation of planned activities. It is composed of two units: Administrative and Technical. The Secretariat employs six staff members who work on a daily basis.
