During the 27th commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi, Unity Club Intwararumuri planned different activities including conveying the messages via short videos and photo quotes on social media platforms whereby members, beneficiaries as well as partners of Unity Club Intwararumuri offered their various messages through this approach.

In this respect, on April 15, 2021 Her Excellency First Lady Jeannette KAGAME, the Chairperson of Unity Club Intwararumuri reminded the elders that the legacy that they should leave behind for their children is to teach them the real history of Rwanda.

Her Excellency First Lady said, "In this period we remember on the 27th time the Genocide against the Tutsi, I remind the elderly that the legacy we should leave behind for our children is to teach them the real history of Rwanda. That we keep building the country which is free of divisions of any sort and keep fighting the denial and the minimizing of the Genocide perpetrated against Tutsi and its ideology because we are aware of its damage. Remember Rebuild Renew!"
